Isgrove started his career at the Southampton Academy, making his first team debut in 2014. After fifteen years with Southampton, he joined Championship side Barnsley on a permanent deal, before moving to Swindon Town two years later. In 2016, he made his senior international debut for Wales.
On 1 September 2020, Isgrove signed with Bolton Wanderers and made his debut against Newport County. He played a key role in the club’s promotion to League One and subsequently signed a contract extension at the end of the 2020-21 season.
