Iredale began his career in the National Premier Leagues Western Australia. In 2017, he signed with his hometown club, Greenock Morton. This was followed by shorter spells at League Two sides Carlisle United and Cambridge United.
On 1 July 2022, Iredale signed a three-year contract with Bolton Wanderers, which was the club’s first signing of the 2022 summer transfer window.
